Control Panel Access

How to Access your Control Panel

We currently operate two UK based servers called Server 3 and Server 4. When your domain is setup you will receive an email advising you which server your domain is on, along with a link to access the server and your user name and password.

If you need your user name and password resent to you, please email us at support@magicboxinternet.co.uk.

The options available in your control panel will vary depending on what services you have with us. If you need access to the DNS for the domain please email us at support@magicboxinternet.co.uk and we will add this on for you.

If you have more than one domain name registered with us, you can change between them at the top screen using the drop down box, labeled subscriptions.

Once you are in the domain/subscription that you want to configure, you can add/delete email accounts, from the Applications tab you can install CMS programs like WordPress and Joomla. The other tabs allow you view the files you have stored on the server; view a summary of the domain and what users are setup.
